Enchant ranking pages usually ask which book to spend on a weapon. This page keeps the tradeoff in view: every enchant has a cost.
I only kept the enchant rows that the research pass actually quoted. I will not fill the other thirteen with guessed percentages.

Health budget
The Fandom weapons notes say Tank classes gain 15% max health, DPS classes lose 10%, and Reaper loses 20%. Greed and Aerodynamic each cut 20% max health per level. Stacking to -100% or worse leaves you at 1 HP. I would check that line in game before stacking both.
