Pixel Blade Fishing Guide
Updated 2026-10-14 · Game version 2.1.0 · World 5: The Sunken Depths
Fishing is its own island, added in the community notes at v1.16.0. This page is the minigame, the pools, and the shop. Bait has its own page.
I used the Fandom Void Fishing page for the timing steps and the pool weights. A community guide says fishing opens at level 20. That number is not on the Fandom page, so I am not repeating it as fact.

How a cast works
Fandom says you reach the island by the flying boat behind the hero statue, or by talking to the NPC beside the boat. Cast, wait for the green bob, then hit the timing circle: Perfect is +5% luck, Good is 0, Poor is -5%, Bad is -10%. A 10x button appears and you click it 10 times to reel in.
| Fish | 40% | Grey 62.11%, Blue 31.06%, Cyan 6.21%, Golden Cod 0.62% |
| Starfish | 20% | Brown 62.5%, Blue 31.25%, Purple 6.25% |
| Old Boot | 20% | Trash, sells for a little stardust |
| Charm | 10% | See potions and charms |
Rods
Fandom lists 12 rods. You start on Classic Pole. One rod is described as secret. The stall is to the right of the great library. Most rods cost gold. Some also ask for stardust and a specific bait. Dragon Pole is listed at 50,000 gold, 3 Golden Tooth, and 5,000 stardust, with a lure target of Dark Key.
Questions
What level unlocks fishing?
Not confirmed. One community guide says 20. The Fandom Void Fishing page does not.
What is a lure?
On the poles template, a lure is the drop a rod is aimed at. Dragon Pole lists Dark Key.
